Why Aurora/Denver Families Choose Resilient Martial Arts Over Any Other Martial Arts School Near Me
Because results here are real, consistent, visible and built on a real community — not just a belt system.
We opened in Aurora/Denver in 1998 with one mission: help this community get stronger and safer, inside and out. For thousands of years, martial arts has turned ordinary people into their most confident selves — and that’s exactly what happens on our mats every week.
Kids who train with us focus better in school and make friends faster. Adults handle stress better, move better, and sleep better. And every parent who walks through our doors gets real peace of mind knowing their family knows how to stay safe.
That’s the difference between a martial arts school and your martial arts school. Come feel it for yourself — see our current offer above and claim your spot.
What Our Students Say
It's the will. Not the skill.
Build Self-Discipline
Your fitness level on day one doesn’t matter. Show up, put in the effort, and Aurora/Denver students see real change — most within their first few weeks.
Gain Confidence
Every time you step onto our mats, you’re stepping out of your comfort zone. That’s where unshakable confidence actually gets built.
Improve Focus
The focus you build in class doesn’t stay on the mat — it shows up at school, at work, and at home.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most frequent questions and answers about our martial arts programs
All of them — from age 4 through adult. Our Preschool program covers ages 4–6, Youth covers ages 7–12, and our Teen & Adult program takes it from age 13 onward. Most martial arts schools only serve one or two age groups; because we run all three, your whole family can train at Resilient Martial Arts instead of juggling different schools for different kids.
No — it’s the opposite. Martial arts training builds confidence, focus, and respect, which are exactly what pushes bullying behavior out. Our Aurora/Denver kids’ classes are built around positive social skills, and there’s zero tolerance for bullying in or out of class.
Totally up to you. Plenty of Aurora/Denver parents use class time for themselves; others love watching from our lobby and meeting other families. Either way works, and you’re always welcome.
No. Whether you’ve never exercised or you’re already athletic, Resilient Martial Arts meets you at your level. Everyone in our Aurora/Denver classes progresses at their own pace — there’s no minimum fitness requirement to walk in the door.
There’s no fixed timeline, and be cautious of any school that promises one. It depends on your consistency and pace — but the real value isn’t the belt, it’s who you become on the way there. Our instructors guide every student’s path individually.
Three ways: fill out the form at the top of this page, visit any of our program pages and submit the form there, or call us directly at (303) 341-5425. Spots are limited each month, so it’s first come, first served.
Just comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and an open mind. First-lesson nerves are completely normal — they disappear fast once you meet the Aurora/Denver Resilient Martial Arts community.
Not at all. Some of our strongest Aurora/Denver students started out with zero coordination. Martial arts is one of the few sports where showing up consistently matters more than natural talent.
